Fred Hageman is the Founder and Principal of Rental Acquisitions, LLC, dba Rental Business Advisors and has been solely focused on Rental Industry Mergers & Acquisitions since 1988. He has owned his own boutique rental industry M&A Firm since 2000. He is widely regarded as one of the top M&A and Valuation experts in the equipment and special events rental industry.

Prior to owning his own firms, Mr. Hageman previously served as Vice-President, Corporate Development for a publicly traded national rental company. As co-head of the Corporate Development Department, Hageman successfully spearheaded nearly $200 million in acquisitions, including some of the largest made by the Company.
Mr. Hageman has spent his entire career serving the rental industry, including Vice President-Midwest Regional Sales and Director of Track Drill Sales for Sullivan Industries (now Sullivan-Palatek), a leading manufacturer of air compressors and track drills and as National Accounts Manager with Amida Industries (now a division of Terex), a leading manufacturer of portable lighting systems and concrete finishing equipment. Fred has a proven track record in sales, marketing, finance, economics and management.

Mr. Hageman resides in Cameron Park, California with his wife, Sheri.  They have two adult children.  Fred holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas, Lawrence, Kansas.

Mr. Hageman has been on several national committees for the American Rental Association, has been a Keynote Speaker, Moderator and participant in numerous national conferences and events. He has been a published writer for numerous years writing for several industry publications including Rental Management Magazine, Special Events Magazine, RER, and others.

Fred is a die hard Jayhawks fan, a KC Chiefs fan, enjoys the NBA and the NFL where his dad was a former NFL player for Washington and the Chicago Bears. Fred enjoys golfing when he gets a chance.
